Stephanie began her professional career as an engineer at Intel Corporation, where she held dual roles as a Manufacturing Systems Group Leader and Human Resources Cultural Transformation Program Manager. During her tenure, she managed large-scale workforce planning and manufacturing readiness, including leading the rapid scaling, onboarding, and training of over 700 technical employees within a single year. This early immersion in high-stakes corporate scaling taught her that workforce optimization requires aligning natural human instincts with operational roles. Prior to joining Kolbe Corp, she refined her leadership coaching credentials as a Director at the purpose-based executive search firm Y Scouts and as a facilitator for executive growth organizations.
Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Entrepreneurship from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. She is a certified coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching and holds a Kolbe Youth Specialist™ Accreditation.
